My focus was only on:
Submitted to Amazon.com, Borders and Barnes & Noble websites

Well, I took the liberty of checking these distributors... none would find a match on "Andrew Josh Martin", and "Crossing the Red Sea" wouldn't yield our book in question as well.
Seems like they don't take too much diligence in ensuring that the books really make it into the catalogue of the namely book distributors.

Could anyone take the liberty of checking with B+N or the others (by Email, with B+N you might actually be able to walk into a store) what their opinion on Tate is?

Imo it sounds telling enough to see that Andy isn't a named author in the distributor's repertoire.
