PECAS, I'm glad to hear that you have left UBF. I want to encourage you to find a different church that will help you in the different stages you will go through in your separation from UBF and your rejuvenation of your relationship with God.
Along with the topic in the UBF Doctrine thread, I wanted to add that UBF members love each other conditionally, according to their spiritual order. Obedience, to them, is a sign of love, and they will "love" you back as long as you are obedient to your Shepherd and to spiritual order. There is no unconditional love in UBF, there is only obedience and fruitlessness. Glad you left. Get yourself to a healthy church. God Bless!!
