Well,the idea is to have a different site for non ubf specific chat among friends who get together here.
The foremost purpose is to keep RSQUBF subject oriented.specifically focussed on UBF abuses and making people to know its deception.
I initially thought of uploading a toilet picture as the theme picture.The idea is , if someone wants to post in RSQUBF forum something other than UBF abuse, go to the toilet!and do it. Not in the RSQUBFroom
So I am basically less concerned about attracting people to the ""toilet""but repelling those stray topics (unless they feel the urge) .
In other words, Have you ever seen anyone advertising a Toilet?But is there any place which doesnt have one?
Thats precisely what is meant by the x-RestRoom.
