I had occasion to speak to Andrew Martin at length at a UBF conference. He seemed a pleasant fellow. But I also know that he does practice shepherding. He also believes in spiritual order. He told me that his decision to study to become a registered nurse was not his decision at all, rather it was the "direction" of a "missionary" who I believe goes by the name of Peter or Isaac Choi, not sure. Anyhow, though he may not be one of the main authority abusers in UBF, he practices unbiblical shepherding and turns a blind eye to the many appalling abuses that occur as a matter of course at every UBF chapter.

As Joe said, Zondervan should be smart enough not to publish Martin's book. If, however, it seems that plans are going forward to publish, we should start making efforts to contact Zondervan and inform them that this is not the kind of book they want to be publishing.
