The problem is that if somebody posts completely anonymously and unchecked, then you cannot check the credibility of the posting and tell whether it can be considered a fact or not. When we have registered users, then they will be able to build a net identity and gain credibility either by reasonable postings and discussions or by being known to the admins, even if their identity is not disclosed to the public, and it can be better assessed how much a person is trustworthy or not.
