Poor thing, she felt so much pressure from ubf to bring some people into bible study and sunday worship service. I have been there and done that.
Bringing people into church should be based on the love of God who loves a sinner like us so much that He sacrifices His Only Son; Love that allows this wretched sinner to experience peace, joy and grace that the world cann't give. Therefore, now I voluntarily want others to experience as well and glorify God through it.
The motivation to bring people into church should not be external pressure, or to gain recognition by others.
I remember some theologian said that the revival comes from the reform and cleaning of heart of people within church, not just bringing unbelievers into church and filling the seats.
