That about says it all about UBF, at least for me. The implication here is that UBF really has no serious problems, other than the problem of me and others "persecuting" them.

Have you told the same to Paul Hong and others above you? Oh, and the UBF habit of blaming the victims doesn't exactly help with the reconciliation process.

You're just doing your job, and we are doing ours, as our consciences dictate. An apology or lack of apology, acknowledgment of UBF's serious problems or lack of an acknowledgment of UBF's serious problems, if they come from you, realistically don't mean much to me. There are others from UBF who should be speaking to these issues, others higher on the UBF ladder, a mythical UBF Henry Kriete, if you will.
