In our chapter, before every conference, we had a 3-4 week preparation time. That did not only include extra meetings for practicing dramas, singing etc. and "message training" for those who had to deliver the messages, but also meant that we had to gather every evening, where a Sogam sharing session took place and the actual state of the registration was determined, who invited whom, who was "unstable" or "needed prayer", and then endless prayer for the official number goal and the "unstable" candidates.
