I tend to think, it has less to do with the medical school fee support, and more to do with the Stockholm thing you explained.
My premise is, Mariah Ahn was apparently from a rich family in Korea, before she fell prey to the UBF trap. Apparently the daughter of a judge, who owned a lot of houses in Korea in those days!!
But, (it is a big but), because, I have no evidence except this heavily publicized UBF propaganda
( quoted as the 6th warrior of part 2 of this document from your website. �
Unfortunately , this being the statement of a known crook( samuel lee) who is a professional liar, not reliable as evidence.
So It may be a fantasy story)and Maria ahns dad could have been another ordinary korean peasant, and Sam lee could have just wrote this story to make it a great sacrifice. Who knows!
The point I want to stress is, many, down the line ubf people , were robbed heavily of their resources by the big crook, It is wrong to say, they did not lose anything, and say onesidedly about perhaps some money they might have got from the big crook, as alms,just like a rich indulging Kings mercy drops by whims and fancies.
That does not absolve them, if they continue to stand silent against truth and do the same thing, in their own abusing fields.
May be some old timer, truthful Korean friend will testify and clarify.
