Thanks, that was an important issue. UBF is very number-oriented, however the members often will not see this obvious truth, because they say that UBF's 1:1 method expresses their desire to serve the individual soul, not the masses. The truth is, however, that 1:1 only serves to produce more loyal members and multiplicators for the UBF business.

I remember that my chapter leader once, after a conference, ordered a pizza for all of us, because we had worked so well. He said it was the first time we had reached our goal of 60 attendants. That was worth a pizza party. The number goal was always the most important goal.

You see it very clearly when somebody leaves. Even if he or she had been for years in UBF and had been such a dear brother/sister and coworker, he/she is completely forgotten as soon as he/she leaves UBF. Sheep are only numbers, coworkers are only numbers. They are replaceable.
