Yes I'm sure I did not file for the purpose of divorce. The purpose was for child custody, not divorce, and the details of the implementation of those documents were between my lawyer and me. My wife at that time had already filed for divorce against me, first, and was the one that eventually carried out the divorce.

Hope that helps your struggle to understand something.
