Mostly she was just loudly ranting at nobody in particular and at me at the Chicago "center" after the conference. I want to say it was either in '95 or '97. I remember the guests being from South or Central America so I doubt they understood her or even knew who she was, but she was in charge of "taking care of them" in some capacity. Again, hers was just one example, but it kind of stuck in my mind over these many years. On the outside, they're smiling; on the inside, they're a wreck or ready to explode.
