*She brings in a young, 4 year old girl, by the hand and quietly tells her to sit in a chair. When the girl obeys, the mother begins to cry and hugs the girl* I am so sorry, Shanti, but you know your father is abusive. Shanti sits on the chair, not knowing whats going on. She watches her mom go out the door and sits quietly on the chair, swinging her legs*
