Subject: Escorted/Un-escorted Travel

In regards to this weeks events after throughly going over the scrolls concerning 2 incidents in Skye 1 in Dracon 1 in the Cove and the various messages posted about and some concern about over taxing our new friends in Drakmoore,it is here by decreed that all permission for Un-escorted Travel to the Offlander realms will be denied until further notice.
M'Lady Chanterine will report to court immediately until certain matters are taken into consideration and dealt with promptly.
I know we made the decision to allow casual visiting with the Offlanders, but I will remind everyone again that sometimes they dont understand our ways and I know we dont find theirs Honorable on occassion because they speak with forked tongues. We will consider lifting this ban once the mess in Dracon is cleared up.
We are also aware of the one Offlander that insists on harrasing C'eannard Anthony of Arasahn Hills but to no degree is anyone allowed to persue this person or their hame as it stands we have some proof but naught solid enough given enough time this Offlander will eventually make themself known at which time we will deal with their room leaders, If there is not a fair amount of justice from their room leaders, then there will be NO questions asked that person and anyone that harbors them can be killed on sight if caught in our rooms including Skye and then their deaths will be publically posted on all the boards.
We are hoping to have these issues resolved promptly and with resolve. Remember we are working for the guid of all of us please hang in there.
