You step out into a stadium with huge grandstands paited blue & white. An announcers & press both sits a the top of one. You see a large quarter mile oval cemented with soft shredded ruber. In the center shot put, discus and pole vault equiptment is set up along with javalin, long jump, and high jump. A long circle of hudles is set up for bout 300 meters and another set only goes 100 meters. While a box of baton for relys is at the gate. A beautiful girl whizzes past you skimming the long hurdle lane. She doesnt even come off them an inch but is amazingly fast at them rounding up around the corner she sees you and slows.
"Hey" she says in between somewhat deep breaths. Pushing a messy goldn ash blond pony tail from her shoulder she smiles. Shes short but talented and very pretty. "I'm Alanna Dalton, Im in charge of these teams, Cross Country is 3.1 mile races along with up to 12 mile practies so you cant give up easy if you wanna do that. Its alot of fun" Pauses "And also there is track which is shot put, long jump, races 2 miles & under, ect. along with my personal favorite hurdles. I you don't have as much heart as a racehorse you might as well leave because this is serious compitition and a big challenge. But it's also fun, a lot of fun"Laughs "Im sorry I just expect alot, any way you can call me lana, well come on we have work to do" She jogs off in a quick high knee pace pumping her arms rythmaticly.

She waves & trots over the the other girls "Heys im Moyra I wanna join, Ive done long jump & CC before along with Pole Vault"
Sh heads over to the pole vault strap on a helmet and begins to pratice raising the bar each time
