Maybe the rest of us are wrong??? As for Iraq and Iran (though my paternal grandparents were born in Iraq), they hate us, they want to kill us, who cares how we pronounce it? (And I thought they were pronounced Ir raq & Ir Rawn not e-raq and e-rawn)- at least that's how my family has always pronounced them.
