I don't read books much, but my wife did get a library card a couple of weeks ago. And it's only 2 miles away.

I was actually in there today to vote early. I only had 5 people in front of me.

I think they can actually verify my vote,however, as when I went in, I gave my name and she looked it up in the computer, address and DOB both verified. Then I had to go to another desk to give the first paper to them. I had to sign it and then the woman wrote some alpha-numeric code at the top of my ballot. Then I voted. When I put my ballot into the machine, I wondered if it was counting it correctly. But that's another story so...
