the Maid of the Mist boat ride right up to the falls. Even on a clear day it's like being in a perfect storm. New York City is old and dirty, but there is a lot to do and see. Lots of tours availble on Greyline, the Circleline tour around Manhattan and the Hudson River Dayline Cruise. The Dayliner stops at Bear Mountain, West Point and then continues on to Poughkeepsie before returning to New York City. Lots of great restaurants too, but some are kind of pricy. And of course lots of Broadway shows to choose from.

Guide: I welcome you all to Niagara Falls. These are the world's largest waterfalls and the sound intensity of the waterfall is so high, even 20 supersonic planes passing by can't be heard. Now please ladies, be quiet, so that we can listen. (NT)Josephine PloppsWed, January 09, 2008 11:57:44
