 We left a string of wrecks behind us on the way back from my parents' house today. Five minutes after we passed one intersection, a 4-car wreck, another, we'd just gone over the hill from a different intersection, we heard the crash but couldn't see it. Then another just up the road from us, around the time we pulled into the driveway. I'm glad we got home when we did!
