and from what the maps of the electoral college votes are showing, Obama is virtually guaranteed to win. Oh, and I did get to watch McCain last night on "Saturday Night Live". He was okay. But the funny part was when Ben Affleck was playing like he was Keith Olbermann doing "Countdown". That was funny! I wonder if Keith will either mention this tonight on his "Countdown" special or tomorrow evening. Poor fellow! He already gets taunted so much by David Letterman, who always remarks on what a Big Head Keith has, and now this! I'm sure he probably has a good laugh about it and doesn't take it seriously.
I chat online with a few people who have the chance to go to Europe once a year, and they've written that the last time they visited Italy, France, Spain, and Germany, like 90% of Europe is praying that Obama is elected, because they want us to mainly get the heck out of the Middle East, which is causing EVERY country trouble.
They also said that the US needs to go back to the way it was BEFORE Bush came along--a US President, like Bill Clinton was, willing to listen to ALL sides, and who doesn't have a one-sided agenda for him and his rich and super rich buddies, and 'the rest of the world can drop dead' kind of attitude, like Bush has.
Boy, this year seems to have gone by so fast. I can't believe in a few weeks it will be Thanksgiving! My son Chato has been slowly becoming a Vegetarian and this year does NOT want to eat turkey--he wants to eat either tofu or veggie turkey. All kinds of things are sure changing this year! LOL
If I don't get a chance to post another message, I will now wish you a Safe and Happy Week, AND a wish and hope that Barack Obama WILL be declared our New US President this Tuesday evening!
