Right now I am supporting Obama but I don't know if he will be electable. I have no doubt that Al Gore WOULD be electable. He may not be "Mr. Personality" or "Mr. Charismatic" but I think he is a good man. And I think that the party could unite behind him. I think a Gore-Obama ticket would be formidable (assuming Obama accepted the second spot). I am not throwing this out as a hairbrained scheme. I honestly think he would be a good compromise candidate if the party is truly deadlocked. If Al Gore can somehow rise above dimpled chads, who knows?
