I didn't comprehend your answer to your own question. As far as republicans being right on ANY issue, I really don't know. They might be right on the stimulus bill. I'm not all that fond of it either. But we have to give it a chance.
I don't think many people care much about politics right now, but next year when we head to the 2010 elections, I'm sure the traffic will pick up around here.
Basically if you a want wishy-washy opinion, I don't think either side knows what it's doing.
