{Backstage reporter Chris T. Jones catches up to Springheel Jack moments after Damien Black's promo.}

Chris: Springheel Jack, a moment please!

{Jack stops right in front of the locker room and turns to Chris}

Chris: Springheel Jack, just moments ago Damien Black called you out again and continued to promise a victory at Blaze. What do you have to say to your opponent?

Springheel Jack: I couldn't believe it! Damien Black actually stayed in the ring for more than a minute this time. Amazing. This place is always full of surprises. Damien Black had better like surprises, too, because if he thinks that I'm just some no-talent hack who's been relying on luck these past few months then he's in for one hell of a surprise this Monday night. Damien, lucky is what you are when a girl would even look at your pathetic ass. Lucky does not describe the victories I've amassed since joining this company. My victories are based on nothing more than my immense talent, my insatiable bloodlust, and my ability to go above and beyond any and all who step into the ring against me. This locker room behind me is filled with guys who can atest to that. It's filled with guys who have stepped into the ring with Springheel Jack and who have learned to shut their mouths afterwards. You see the way people back away from me when I walk around backstage? You see the look of awe on the faces of men I've beaten to within an inch of their lives? That has nothing to do with luck, Damien. It has to do with talent, it has to do with drive and it has to do with respect. You obviously have no respect, but I will teach you respect this Monday night. While you're busy in the ring running off a laundry list of moves you plan to use on me, I'll be the one breaking you down, limb by limb. And when I get sick of playing with my prey, I will take you down. But don't worry, Damien, you'll have plenty of time to cut one of your promos as I cover you for the 1...2...3!!!

{With that, Springheel Jack laughs at the camera. He then turns around and steps into the locker room, slamming the door behind him.}
