I'd like to clarify the Hierarchy responsibilities:

The leaders of each clan Order (Warriors, Mages, Clerics, Rogues) is responsible for their own group members. Each of their assistants is responsible for their own sphere of influence. Maybe that's confusing...Gorel is responsible for all the mages. They are to look to him for any assistance they require. If he can't help them or there is another unforseen problem he will then report to either myself, Jessica or LadyJane. A Blind Girl is responsible for giving out money to the mages. Gorel, and any other altruistic rich mage, should give all money he/she can spare to A Blind Girl, who in turn will distribute it to the mages. Gorel is not responsible for any warriors, rogues, or clerics. It is his decision whether or not to assist other clan members from one of the other three Orders.
Gorel, I think the problem is you have taken too much on yourself. You told everyone a few weeks ago you would enchant items for people if they sent them to you. That was very kind of you, but it's not your responsibility.
If A Cat needs something enchanted she should go to KEVO. If he can't help her he should come to me and we will figure something out. This goes with any other requests. This is called The Chain of Command.
I hope everyone understands that we're a new clan. Like any new institution we are going to have some rough times figuring things out here and there, but that's part of the fun. I think our clan's youth is our greatest asset. I'm very proud of how we've streaked through the lists - aren't we 22 today?? - and we were only just formed a few months ago. If we all stick together we will continue to prosper.
