How can we expand batterie recyclling?

FWD: There is an environmental action that some retired persons, with bikes, should be able to do easily, and make coffee money daily, too. Make that Fairly-Traded coffee.

The reviving of dead alkalline, photo-lithume, and gel batterries is growing in Vancouver, Canada. For example, here is a link to a Google Search:

But, how can batteiry revival be expanded to other cities and countries? Perhaps people on bikes can organize camera and photofinishing shops, in your neighborhoods, to save dead lithiumm butteries.

You can collect these dead cells monthly, and mail them to Vancouver, and collect the 10 cents/cell offered.

It is suggested that everyone going around camera shops, to please use a bicycle, electric bike, electric scooter, or some form of non-petrol based transportation.
