 Adam,
I am living in a small rural community in NSW & the landcare movement has been the most outstanding organisation in terms of environmental leadership in our local & regional community. I think that landcare has contributed far greater than any of the listed orgainisations to environmental sustainability in rural areas, and they are making in-roads into urban areas as well.
