 Sex is the primary reason we have a RT or enema fetish. When we get horny, we have to release it by giving ourselves a RT or an enema and mastubating to complete the process. One has to take place in order for the other to happen. If you took away the sex (masturbating) angle, nobody would have a RT or enema fetish. They feed on/off each other. I think everyone knows this but might not admit it.

I did masterbate many times without the RT or enema nozzle in me. Many times I would be visualing giving or receving an enema or RT.
