I am a 66 year old widow, and I have something to share with y'all. It is about my daily schedule. I wake up at 0600 (military retired) and start my day. At 0620 I exit my bed, go to the kitchen and make my coffee, return to my bedroom and make up the bed, clean up the clutter, clean out the dishwasher, and fix me a continental breakfast. There is only one item that I left out; upon arising, and before doing these activities, I prepare a 2 quart enema and return to my bed for the installation. Then while the enema is still inside me, I commence to do my daily activites. By the time all these activities are done, then I return to my bathroom and always have a wonderful relief. During my raising, I was always taught to be still during enema-time. The only thing wrong with that is that I had to concentrate on holding the enema inside me and always thinking when will 10 minutes be up. With my new procedure, I don't have to do this concentrating; now I can get up from my bed,(not being hampered with being still while the enema works) and proceed to do some daily activities all within a small distance from the bathroom. When I was a child, I had plenty of time, on Mom's schedule, to wait for the enema action. However as a 66 year old widow, time is too precious to wait for the enema to do its job. Two things are happening simultaneously; one is that I am not being hampered from doing daily activities with the enema inside me, and two is that my enema continues to work as I proceed to do my activities. Before closing this message, I am of the opinion that while I am walking around and being active instead of being still, my enema is a lot more free to move up inside of me and thus do a better clean-out of the lower portion of my body. Last but not least, this enema procedure just might work with you. Hint: take less than a 2 quart enema if need be, when beginning this "active" procedure.
