 Ardith, I noticed that you used some shampoo in your enema. I would like to know how much you used, and what the brand name was. Also, did any bowel movement come out when you used the bars of hotel soap? I would like to try using shampoo myself. Could you perhaps describe the effects of the shampoo enema, on yourself, in a bit more detail? Thank you.

Actually I use Tide X2 which I get a my local Safeway. If it can clean clothes like the TV ads indicate, than it is sure to clean me out as well.

I hope Ardith is joking about using Tide because detergents like Tide and others should NEVER be used for an enema.

We just returned from a sort two day vacation. I ate far too much. I can answer yes to the hotel soap. It worked well on me. This soap contained aloe and was pretty mild. It cleaned me out very gently and had no after effects.
