I have three special cats in foster care looking for homes.
Rudy is on the pet listings on the list page, first cat. He is now neutered and is about 6 months. His coat has become quite full and thick. Rudy is accustomed to dogs and often sleeps with our large mixed breed dog named Morgan. They share the couch, he sleeps by Morgans stomach. Rudy loves people food and feels he should sample your dinner. Unfortunatley he likes to get on the table. He however, doesnt like to get wet (we have a small water gun on the table at all times|. Rudy likes to look in the fridge when he knows you are looking in there too. He was brought into the shelter at about 5 weeks of age. He was found in Prince Edward County. He loves to play and gets along with our cats. He was shown at the Quinte Cat Club show Oct 2002 and won one ring. There were 32 cats in the class and he was on of the youngest being shown. He loves to be handled and would make an excellent addition to most households.
Ella almost six month old spayed female. She is a mackerel red tabby and short hair. She loves attention to. She purrs as soon as she is picked up. She gets along with our dogs too and will groom them. She also likes to groom some of our other cats and us (guess she thinks we need a bath from time to time). She likes to get on the table but doesnt seem to mind getting wet so the water gun has no effect on her. She arrived at the shelter in the beginning of September and was about five weeks of age.
Finally, there is a new boy. He looks like a burmese cross possible with siamese. There was someone in the area producing this cross. He looks like a young male a bit underweight and needs some TLC. He seems to accept our dogs but it may take a day or two before he feels comfortable with our cats. Our cats are a little too pushy with new cats coming into the home. They are used to it. He is scheduled to be neutered very soon.
