Brute was slightly surprised at his sister's actions. He hadn't expected her to come to him. In fact, he had gotten the impression she didn't think too highly of him. He just stood there for a few moments as she put her arms around him and spoke to him. Revealing to him the pain and anger she felt. Nearly the same pain and anger he himself felt. He knew she was still strong though no matter what she said simply because if she wasn't she would've given up long before now. Supportive arms found themselves wrapped about her waist, the male holding her close to him. He was already starting to feel much better because of his twin's understanding and compassion for him. A soft smile touched his lips, mind speaking into hers.

We're strong together, so I suppose we'll just have to stick together huh?

His tone was slightly teasing. He hadn't shown his lighthearted side ever before, but he was now. To his twin. Hugging her closer, lids hid bright white orbs from view. Even if he felt as if he never had anyone else, at least now he knew he would always have her. She'd just reassured him of that...
