He was, as usual, out here on the water - it was where he spent the majority of the time that he did not spend with Bella - it was where he belonged, he often felt. He was sat in the waves, straddling his board, watching the sunset - it was time to go in but he always had a hard time dragging himself away from the place.

He was trudging along the beach from surf further down, making his way home. His reunion with Kendall hadn't exactly gone as planned, but then again, he hadn't known what to think. He glanced briefly out to the ocean, looking at the setting sun on the horizon before he noticed what was unmistakably his half brother, surrounded by the now gentle swell of the ocean. He arched a brow and smirked a little before he ran a hand through his hair and bounded towards him, bumping his shoulder, smirking once more as he spoke "Hey, cradle snatcher." He paused a little there - he knew that she had had a reputation, and in her short sixteen years, she'd gotten around the block more than once, but he was prepared to fight to the death for her honor. He arched a brow and ran a hand through his hair "She's my friend is all - I don't want to see her get hurt when you get thrown in jail for knocking her up." He paused for as long as his brother did, watching him easily "'Bastian wont come and rescue you. He's pretty pissed off about it .. 'Cos you used to be such an angel and all.." He cleared his throat again, shifting uncomfortably - when did this become public affairs? He'd certainly never authorized it. "I know how old she is, I know what kind of risks I am facing. If she's such a good friend to you and you have a problem with this, go and talk to her.. but I have worked far too hard on this relationship to let it go over something petty, like your unhappiness.." His brow furrowed a bit at that and his arms folded across his chest as they stopped "So me being unhappy is petty to you?" "Get her to like you..?" That made him sound like even more of a kid .. some kid with a crush, but he had tried everything with Kendall, and nothing seemed to work .. or if it had, he just totally messed it up. He raised a brow at that, and then shook his head a little, a grin breaking out over his features as he chuckled a little - wasn't Adam a player? A ladies man? Anyhow.. "Paid attention to her.. talked to her.. that's about it.." He hadn't really gone out of his way, except for guarddogging her while she was drunk but that was an entirely different story on it's own. He laughed a little bit at that and shook his head. "I can't really see her beating up anyone, really." He knew her from around - she was in the same general age bracket as his brother and Ella, so he had an idea of who she was, and she seemed reserved and generally undangerous.
