Subject: advice needed

please somebody give me some decent advice. the situation is that i have been unhappily married for 23 years but have the most wonderful children who are age 19, 20, 21. i left the family environment about 8 weeks ago but under pressure from the children and their mother with whom i do not have any physical attraction for, have gone back. i regret this decision and now dont know how to leave again - everyone in the house is being very 'nice' to me, but i dont see a long term future and think i should give my wife a chance to find someone that loves her. at the same time i dont want to miss out on a relationship with my children - how does one make these decisions?
