Whatever it is, it just better be reall effen nice. Attractive enough to build a hotel next to it. An arena and a hotel would really, really boost the Arlington economy, especially in downtown. Think of restaurants and bars popping up and UTa having a real nightlife. Wouldn't that be something. Big Dreams huh?

Well, for whatever it's worth an really, really, rediculously good looking arena will be the only way to excite enough big money donors to build this thing. It has to be marketable - not like our football stadium or Texas Hall. Speaking of Texas Hall I surely do hope it is retored and given some artistic glory to create a powerfully elegant theater with better seating and a lot of art throughout(inside and outside). Nice and classy, like Bass Hall or something. There are those three large panel on the front which are just waiting to happen.
