hopefully one day they will be, but remember the $2 fee does not go into action until the initial funds are set for the 3 sports .... but that being said, 4 of the 6 dollars are going to the renovation project right? They wont need that 4 for ever so I imagine it could go into a general construction fund if it is a permanent fee and then one day they could use a portion of it for football instead of initiating the 2 dollar fee ....
