Author: Tamic ± Nodae
Subject: ..walks in..

The two bonded enter, looking almost out of place. Tamic looked about, and found an empty table. He sat at it and looked back at Nodae. He struggled for something to say, and noticed almost immediatly that all others were getting along with their dragons quite well. He scratched his nose as the hatchling slid into the seat, nostrils whuffing rings of smoke and he looked up at the male.
Do you always scratch your nose? Or is it just humans?
Tamic couldn't help but chuckle, and already knew the 'ice' was broken between them. "No no, it's just me..you could say it's a habit, and I do it when I'm nervous." The hatchling nodded, satisfied with the reply. A waitress comes by, depositing a tray full of meat for the red, who began to devour it. Tamic ordered a human-type tray for himself, and began to eat alongside the hatchling.
"Good stuff eh?"
Quite, were you hungry too?
"Aye, haven't had a decent meal in forever.."
Forever's a long time friend. And why?
"Reasons..back home people didn't quite take a liking to me." He looked across at his bonded, slightly amused that the hatchling was so large and muscular at birth. It was like looking at himself. Thoughts and images were sent to the hatchling, who immediatly cocked his head in wonderment.
I believe..I understand.
