Isn't that what the people of Israel are to this very day doing?

Wrestling with G-d over not accepting His most Loved Son in Whom He is well pleased?

Hence the eventfulness of Israel's wrestling with the other half of their adopted family; i.e. Those who follow His only begotten Son who is the only image and likeness able to bare Him within His Holy Likeness and not kill any one who attempted to look at His most perfect countenance.

Jesus, the one and only Name G-d allowed Himself to be called by man since the Burning Bush where He introduced Himself to Moses as "I Am that I Am!

In other words, Israel/Jacob is still wrestling with G - D!
