This shouldn't be a surprise. Most women with a rape fantasy don't get turned on when actually raped for example.
I was in the medical field for years and have a few medical kinks of my own but when I see a patient I just see "sick" not a fantasy or kink. When I was younger my guy friends would ask if I got to see naked chicks much. I said I did but it wasn't the same. They would laugh but really not understand. I would tell the truth though to lighten it up as one of the guys and say one thing on a lady never ages and that's between her legs whether 17 or 70, looks about the same (of course shaving wasn't popular back then so I don't know about a shaved kitty).
I remember in my early 20's having to changed some electrodes on a teen girl in ICU. She was very attractive and had the most perfect breast that I've ever seen. BUT she was unconscious. She clearly wasn't going to make it (car accident) and may be in comma for days or weeks. All I remember is the sickness that I felt in the pit of my stomach. Thinking this pretty girl that had her whole life ahead of her and her family in the waiting room hoping beyond hope she would make it and me knowing that she wouldn't. To this day it is sad. Mom would come in and put on her makeup to make her look pretty and fix her hair.
I don't want to appear all sterile and medical but I think most in the medical field feel this way. If you've never been in the medical field then imagine arriving at a major car accident and you are trying to save someone's life. Later you will remember if they were attractive and what you've seen but at the time it's not about that.
Of course I'm thinking hospital stuff and not Johnny is constipated. Likewise, handicap also isn't exciting to explore for fantasy.
