Yes Yes we left Vegas...hooray....

Sort of sad in a weird way but we had both had enough of living there...sad to leave our house I wish it could of moved with us but as we didn't live in a trailor it had to stay behind.

The Little Pumpkin (Darla) and the Monkey Boy (Memphis) however did come with us...they are still getting use to it..but Pumpkin loves being outside and it was always too hot or too cold in Vegas for her...so she loves it here..Memphis has a sore foot and is milking it for all it is worth...he keeps showing it to us..for more sympathy..the little brat

It's always sad to leave houses and apartments behind. Even if you think they're gross and ugly at first, somehow you can't help getting attached to places!

LA....

our house in vegas was really nice...we had painted it in loads of different colors inside and it had hardwood floors and the pool and spa but we'd had enough...it is weird to be in a place were you can gamble in the store or gas station but we'd gotten use to it...we went to Albertsons here and it was weird there wasn't slot machines...

LA....just had enough of slot machines in the drug store...although I will miss the Elvis impersonators in the Supermarket playing the slots as their ice-cream melts

much better here and guess what??? you can sit outside without it being 110...it was often so hot in Vegas it was even to hot to stay in the pool for very long and that goes on for months and months and then for 2 weeks in October it is nice and then it is freezing freakin cold for months and months until there are 2 nice weeks in April and it is 110 all day everyday..it just isn't normal to go from 110 to 32 in 2 weeks.....now we can sit outside and the dogs can go outside and Memphis doesn't get sunburnt..

at the moment we are in Pasadena hearing the Dalai Lama talk/teach for 3 days. Pasadena is cool, I like it and the Dalai Lama is well the Dalai Lama what else can you say about him. What a great man he is.

Did I tell you that CA has trees. I'd forgotten what trees everywhere looks like.

We took the dogs to the dog beach in Long Beach. Memphis went NUTS. Loves it, Darla got stomped on and caught in a wave, she doesn't like Memphis when he is at the dog beach.

Other then this..just life
