Subject: You know, I love Spike and I'll be a Spuffy to death but

I really can't stand some Spike fans (and some Angel fans too but it isn't the point here)or rather some JM fans!

I already didn't like political correctness but now there's the fanish correctness!

Actually I don't understand some fans who get all offended in lieu of the person they seem to believe they have a relationsip with, and maybe I'm not made to be a fan at all, because fanatic behaviour is so not my nature...

Is it fannily correct to say that I love Spike but don't really care about what is said about JM, or about JM said or did? Probably not.

But who am I over here if I am not a fan?

you are a Spike fan...JM is an ACTOR...he is not Spike...I think you are a fan and the other people to whom you refer are insane and need to be medicated or get a life...don't worry honey you can't actually talk with people like that or reason with them...unless you say JM and or Spike is perfect in every freakin way and say nothing that could be remotely taken as negative you are on safe ground...really I don't care what any of the actors who played a character in the show freakin think...they are actors...none of them are the characters they played..I liked the characters..the people who played them..I really don't give a crap about other then I wish them well

Its like the poeple who actually think he is musically talented I went to a GoTR concert they were nuts for a really very very ordinary band, it was fun to see him live and all but they were not very good in a musical sense...and god forbid I should say that ie ordinary and not that great... oh the crap that followed that statement

I love Buffy the show, but I don't give a rats about SMG ....
Not a Spike or JM fan ... I don't mind them, but I'm never going to be fannish over them.

People online are crazy, I worked that out a couple of years ago!

I don't care if it's correct. You can easily be a fan of the show and not of the actors - the only actors I actually like are AH, Seth Green and... dammit, now I've forgotten her name. She who played Darla!
