Good point about Dresden.

Of course no one talks about Dresden as an atrocity though, because most people probably don't even know about it. Personally, I only recently learned of the Dresden firebombings over Christmas break, reading Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughter-House Five--er--halfway through at least.

When dealing with deontology or ontology, the example of Hiroshima will always rise up simply because it is a more visible use of overwhelming force.
