(since he's been having so much fun and no training, i decided it's time to start working again!)
^^she puts a halter on the colt and leads him around^^
{follows quietly}
^^she clucks^^
{he continues walking along calmly}
^^pulls on the lead rope alittle and clucks again as she starts jogging^^
{colt, too starts jogging alongside Ginger}
Walk.
{colt darts forward}
No. ^^starts jogging again^^
{jogs slowly}
Walk.
{walks}
Good boy. ^^pets him^^ You're pretty good with haltering, now let's do some trailering and clipping shall we? I'm borrowing one of Cookie's trailers. Now, ^^makes him walk around the trailer^^
{not nervous around, he snorts with delight as he watches it curious}
^^leads him into the trailer^^
{as his feet touch the trailer-ground, he shies and backs away}
Ah! ^^lets go of the lead rope^^
{he is still standing there watching}
Come here!
{walks over to Ginger scared}
It's alright boy. Come on. I've got a treat for yah! ^^gets out an apple^^
{ears prick up and he walks into the trailer. As he steps onto t he trailer-ground, he begins to back away, but sees the apple and continues on. He prances along as he walks in}
Good boy. ^^gives him the apple and leads him out^^ I guess i'll put some pads or something in there so they don't scare you! ^^puts some pads on t he bottom of the trailer-ground and leads him in^^
{walks in quietly}
GOOD BOY! ^^pets him^^
Now, clipping and tying, we've got to try that too. ^^leads him towards her tack shelf^^ Let's go!
