*alex tacks up tony and mounts up. she starts him off at a trot for a warm up. when they're ready they continue to the canter. they go around the ring a few times then Alex steers the stallion toward three slightly higher jumps. Tony jumps the first two without problem. the last one he bumps his front hoof on and the rail falls. Alex frowns and slows him down gradually to a halt. she dismounts and puts the rail back up. she then mounts up again and kicks him into the canter again. she goes around the ring a couple times then steers him toward the jumps again. he seems to soar over the first one without trouble. the second one he flies over too. the third one, which seems to be the one the horses have trouble on, he defeats. he jumps it with several inches to spare and continues around the ring till Alex slows him to the trot and rides him out to the beach.*
