Thank you very much for your heartfelt reminder that God's ministry should not be based on shame. Reformers believe that god's ministry can be established and maintained only by godly, holy and biblica means. the reform of methodology is one of very, very importnt reform items. To me, one of Missionary Samuel Lee's fundamental failures is the failure to build God's ministry by godly means. God's ministry cannot be built by ungodly means. shame, psychological manipulations and institutional squeezing tactics seem to increase numbe and be successful means. But such ungodly means rob people of the reign of God. Such wordly tactics have produced misery, distrust toward coworkers, spiritual suffocation and despair. How can such a minstry be called a successful ministry? No, a successful ministry is a ministry where God reigns and people are full of the fruits of the Holy Spirit such as joy, peace, kindenss, etc. Thank you for sharing your heartfelt thought.
