Lying in wait, the cold steed arrives.
Azure eyes look up and down, spotting
the mares who would soon become.
Curiosity piques his interest,
the source of all common knowledge.
Curiosity killed the cat, they say.
Though I act differently. I am
the source of all knowledge, I am
curiosity. My front creates it,
and then my innards enjoy it. Look
not upon my coldness, but the
protection you may derive from it.
This is my fate, and I am gladly
leaning in to it.
