I'm single & although I'd love to be with someone special, I still have me...just as you have you. I have learned a very valueable lesson since becoming single..that there are FAR worse things than being single. I don't say "alone" because I don't feel that I am...words we use not only reflect how we perceive things, but also validate our feelings, positive & negative..
Please change the way you see things and choose your words carefully. I don't know you yet I cared enough to respond and to share what's helped me with you.
I can also tell you that doing something nice for others will help you immensley! I'm spending my Christnmas taking care of 2 dogs while their owners are out of state, visiting their son who will soon be deployed to Kuwait....
Things can always be worse than they are, my new friend.
Please remember that perception=reality..we really do create our world. Start making some calls & see what YOU can do to brighten someone else's life and in turn, enhance your own. Take good care, my friend, people DO care & you're never alone...you still have you!
