She looks imploringly at the man for a moment, teeth still bared as her hackles spring. The pups were still too young to go without their mother, they couldn't even open their eyes. This man filled her with anger and she shows it by emitting another resonating snarl, protecting the pup he had returned and loudly demanding that he return the next. With a sharp bark, she steps forward slowly, unwilling to give up mothership of the child in the strange man's arms.

(OOC; Thank you for returning to give her a chance to notice. It's different with daggers and things, those people can take. These are animals,they have wills (and players) of their own. Thanks for coming back.)
