Subject: ATTN: ANYONE WHO DOESN'T WANNA BE SUED INSIDE NOW!>>>

Pictures can be a great thing in SIM, it "jazz" things up, so to speak. But the fact we all often forget is that those pictures are owned (and copyrighted) by people who will have serious punishments for those who violate copyright. Some players ignore copyright, others put disclaimers, still others e-mail asking permission to use the pictures, either way, sometimes we (SIM players) push it too far.

A website designing/hosting company (Equine Web Design), has obviously had some nasty experiences with SIM game players. Because they now are VERY decidedly against SIM games and they have a fine of $100 US dollars for every pic that is used (from their sites) for a SIM game.

I strongly recommand you go to the below links and read that they have to say:

Equine Web Design: Copyright Statement

Equine Web Design: A notice to SIM game players

Unless you love being sued, you should follow & respect what Equine Web Design has to say. I'm not saying they should've been so rude, but they do make some very good points! And, after all, they have no love for SIM game players since there's been too many bad experiences, do we want to add to that?!

Thanks for readin'! Feel free to post this EVERYWHERE!!

(sorry if you don't allow this sort of posting, but I felt that everybody should at least know)
