Hart gave it a great effort this weekend at the Mohegan Sun event and carried over his winning momentum from the World Championships. Although he only missed winning the event by one point, strong results from the first two rounds gained him enough points to take the lead in the Built Ford Tough Series points race.

Results for J.W. Hart, Ultra Wheels Cowboy
First Round: Split first/second - 88.5 points - bull: Happy Ending
Second Round: Second - 88.5 points - bull: Freak of Nature
Short Go: Second - 89.5 points - bull: Kingpin
Average: Second - 265 points - $17,180
Standings: First Built Ford Tough Series - 780 points

Notes:
Hart is still making history by being the only bull rider to compete in every PBR event since he arrived on the tour. He has competed in 181, the closest cowboy to him stands at 23 consecutive events.

"I outdrew everyone this weekend except maybe Chris in the short round," said Hart. "My first bull was a little sore and he didn't buck to his full potential. My second one was good and solid. The flank fell off my short round bull and no one caught it until they saw it on TV, we all wondered whyhe quit right there at the end."
