So she hid her one, precious pup, and went to hide herself else where. The male tracked the scent of his mate and killed her. Humans, who had known of a male werewolf killing their livestock, hunted him. They found him feasting upon his mate and scent a silver bullet through him. The pup knew how to hunt, so the small form grew up on rodents as a pup, and larger game as an adolesent.
